Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct sets out clear principles and behaviours that apply to all employees worldwide. Compliance is a top priority for CLAAS and we do not tolerate any breaches of the law. We expect all employees to comply with the Code of Conduct and to actively contribute to creating and maintaining a respectful working environment. The compliance culture is to be lived entirely in line with our corporate mission statement, in which we combine excellence, entrepreneurial thinking and action, and the values of a family business.

The Code of Conduct is a binding guideline for legally compliant and responsible action in our company, towards business partners and in public. In addition, the Code of Conduct also provides a guide to appropriate decision-making and provides information through the speak-up channels provided by CLAAS, i.e. opportunities to seek advice or raise concerns about possible misconduct confidentially and safely.
